 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking details once it’s been shipped.

UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across the UK.
Estimated average delivery time: 4 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Please note: LED Makeup Bag and Mini LED Mirror Makeup Storage Case can take up to 6-10 business days to deliver.

The Mini LED Mirror can take up to 4-7 business days to deliver.

Please note that during busy periods (like holidays or sales), dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
